Post-Rehabilitation: helps a client bridge the gap between a medical environment and fitness environment. It occurs towards the end, or after, seeing a medical/allied health professional (i.e., family physician, physiotherapist, chiropractor, osteopath, massage therapist, athletic therapist). Post-rehab involves mobilizing, stabilizing, and strengthening an injured/dysfunctional region, and integrating it back with the entire body and human movement system.Offered as one-on-one, and semi-private

Nutritional Coaching: improves health and body composition. Topics covered will include: principles of good nutrition and preparation, food to be included in a normal daily diet, essential nutrients needed by the body and recommended amounts, the actions of nutrients in the body, the effects of deficiencies or excesses of nutrients, and food supplements that are good sources of essential nutrients.

Personal Training: is frequently used as a means to increase the general fitness of a population with no existing medical issues. Personal training may be used to improve characteristics such as, but not limited to: body composition, general strength, power, cardiovascular endurance, mobility, stability, and flexibility.
